As an Ozarks Tech employee we hear the terms CRM, Salesforce, and TargetX all the time, but how do these relate to me? In this session, we will give an overview of what a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) is, and how Ozarks Tech is leveraging Salesforce and TargetX to tell the story of our students through data for not only our colleagues in Student Success but the college as a whole.
