This session will review how to reserve a room around the college utilizing the EMS (Event Managment system). You will be shown how to select the time, location, building, and items needed for the event, as well as any additional details the event may require. We will follow this up with the approval process and how you can know if the reservation has been approved. We will also go over a select room list that you cannot book through EMS and how to reserve those special rooms.
