Come join us learn how to make your own sourdough starter. Why? Sourdough is one of the healthier alternatives to other bread products. It is easier on your digestive system, typically has a lower impact on blood sugar, contains prebiotics, and has more readily available nutrients. Great for making sandwiches, croutons, and much more.

If you have scheduled this session, here are a few things to keep in mind:
  • This session will take place in the Café 101 kitchen. Your presenter will meet you just outside of the Café 101 doors prior to the start of the session.
  • Because this session is in a kitchen, seating won’t be available. If you require seating, you may want to explore other session options.
  • Space will be limited. We appreciate you sharing and taking turns to make sure everyone has a good view and can participate.
