In the first half of this interactive session, members of the Student Care Team will share a case study that begins after a report is submitted. Participants will brainstorm ideas, predict what happened, and learn how it was resolved. The second half of the session will be dedicated to Q&A about OTC Cares. Bring your questions about the reports, the process, and the follow-up.
