OTC Cares Reporting 101: Behind the Scenes FULL
Tuesday February 18, 2025 9:00am - 9:45am CST
You submit an OTC Cares Report and receive an email confirmation. Then what? Have you ever wondered what happens next? In the first half of this interactive session, members of the Student Care Team will share a case study that begins after a report is submitted. Participants will brainstorm ideas, predict what happened, and learn how it was resolved. The second half of the session will be dedicated to Q&A about OTC Cares. Bring your questions about the reports, the process, and the follow-up.
