The 7-Day Happiness Challenge
Tuesday February 18, 2025 10:00am - 10:45am CST
“The 7-Day Happiness Challenge” is a 2023 NYT article by Jancee Dunn. Its publication coincided with my desire to:
  1. incorporate happiness into my course content
  2. find personal/authentic essay topics that are difficult for AI to complete
Thus, I created the 7-Day Happiness Challenge research paper. Students consistently tell me this is a favorite assignment. In this presentation, I will share the ways I use the article, and participants will create their own happiness challenges.
