Stephanie Davenport has been teaching psychology courses since 2006. Before joining OTC, she worked as a Market Research Analyst at Bass Pro Shops, conducting research and analyzing customer trends to support business strategies. Stephanie joined OTC in 2008 as a Research Analyst in the Office of Strategic Planning and Research. In 2011, she transitioned to teaching as a Psychology Instructor in the Behavioral Sciences Department, where she discovered her passion for engaging students in the classroom. In 2018, Stephanie became the Department Chair for Behavioral Sciences, overseeing academic programs and faculty development. In 2022, she returned to full-time teaching, focusing on fostering student growth and enthusiasm for psychology.
