About me
I am honored to be serving in my 28th year at Ozarks Technical Community College. My journey in higher education began as a college counselor at Casper College in Wyoming. I later joined Ozarks Tech as its first full-time licensed professional counselor, where I established the college's Counseling Services department. Over the years, I have held various leadership roles, including Director of Counseling, Director of Counseling & Career Resources, Director of Counseling & Advising, Assistant Dean of Students, and now Dean of Students.
One of my proudest achievements has been co-creating the Behavioral Intervention Team (now the Student Care Team) in 2009 and fostering a culture of care at Ozarks Tech through proactive referring and reporting. Recognizing and supporting students in need and connecting them with resources remains a personal priority and cornerstone of the college's approach and mission.
I remain deeply committed to continuously improving my work and serving students and colleagues with compassion, respect and care.
