About me
Throughout her career, Erin Dooley has focused on personal, academic, and professional development. As the Professional Development Coordinator for Ozark Tech's newly established Professional Development Institute (PDI), she connects faculty and staff with resources and opportunities to enhance their skills and careers. Whether organizing events, facilitating discussions, or addressing workplace challenges, Erin is committed to supporting others in their professional journeys.
Erin holds a B.F.A. in Drawing and a B.S. In Psychology from Missouri State University and an M.A. in Art Therapy Counseling from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Her previous roles at Ozarks Tech include Counselor, Academic Advisor, Training Coordinator, Educational Development Coordinator, and Adjunct Instructor.
