Kelli R. Fleck, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the College Director of Employee Relations at Ozarks Tech. She is a strategic and transformational Human Resources professional with over 30 years of comprehensive experience across all functional areas of HR.   Her diverse career spans public and private sectors, including for-profit and non-profit organizations, family-owned businesses, government, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.  Ms. Fleck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in HR, from the University of Illinois.
