About me
I’m a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping adult learners succeed in higher education. With several years of experience in curriculum development, I specialize in creating content for online learning platforms. I thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at learning new concepts quickly, and pride myself on my ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
I hold a doctorate in Higher Education Administration, which has equipped me with a broad skill set, including leadership, legal and public relations, human resources, business administration, and facilities management. This foundation allows me to approach challenges strategically and manage complex initiatives with confidence.
In addition to my academic experience, I bring over 20 years of freelancing expertise, where I’ve led and completed a wide range of independent projects. I have more than 15 years of experience in team leadership, including managing freelancers and support personnel. I’m highly skilled in project management and have a deep understanding of customer support systems and tools, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly from start to finish.
For the past three years, I’ve been actively involved in the collegiate esports space, where I’ve built a program from the ground up. My experience includes developing facilities, coaching teams, writing policies, hiring staff, and growing programs. I’m honored to serve on the Board of the National Association of Collegiate Esports, where I contribute to shaping the future of collegiate esports.
I’m driven by a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Whether it’s leading teams, managing projects, or building programs, I’m always ready to take on new challenges and deliver impactful results.
