About me
J'Neal McCoy serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC), where she has dedicated 14 years of service. J'Neal holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in administrative studies from Missouri State University, providing a strong foundation for her leadership in higher education administration.
Administrative Services encompasses critical departments including Design and Construction, Procurement, Facilities and Grounds, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Safety and Security. Administrative Services also includes high-traffic campus hubs, such as the OTC Bookstore, Café 101, the Health and Wellness Clinic, the Fitness Center, and the Print Shop.
J’Neal is dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the college and is passionate about creating a positive welcoming environment for all members of the OTC community.
