Tracy McGrady serves as Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at Ozarks Technical Community College, bringing over 30 years of experience in higher education as a teacher and administrator. Over the span of her career, she has witnessed the transformative power of education and believes deeply in its ability to change lives, which fuels her passion and advocacy.
Dr. McGrady earned a doctorate in Instructional Leadership – Higher Education Administration from Lindenwood University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Communication from Missouri State University.
