About me
Dr. Courtney Smith-Nelson is the lead mathematics instructor at the Ozarks Tech Richwood Valley campus. She holds bachelor's degrees in mathematics and Spanish, a master's degree in mathematics education, and a doctorate of education in educational leadership. She has 15 years of experience of teaching, mostly mathematics, but also humanities and teacher education courses. She holds Missouri teaching certificates in mathematics, English, social studies, and health.
