I have been in the field of education for over 26 years, and my journey has involved working in early childhood through higher education. I have been part of the OTC family since 2011. By day, I manage the OTC Study Nursery, an infant/toddler program in partnership with Springfield Public Schools, and by night, I adjunct for the Early Childhood Development department. Both roles provide opportunities to lead, teach, empower, and guide students, families, and children to become the best versions of themselves.
