With over 13 years of experience at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC), Jennifer Thompson has developed a diverse background working across both academic and administrative departments. For the past year, she has served as an HR Generalist, where her passion for helping others thrive in their careers has been the driving force in her work. Throughout her time at OTC, Jennifer has been dedicated to fostering an environment where students, staff, and faculty can all succeed.
Outside of her career in higher education, Jennifer is also an entrepreneur. She is the proud owner of The Queens Hanger Boutique, an online boutique that will celebrate its one-year anniversary in January 2025. This venture reflects her creative side and her commitment to providing quality products that empower women.
