“The 7-Day Happiness Challenge” is a 2023 NYT article by Jancee Dunn. Its publication coincided with my desire to:
- Incorporate happiness into my course content
- Find personal/authentic essay topics that are difficult for AI to complete
Thus, I created the 7-Day Happiness Challenge research paper. Students consistently tell me this is a favorite assignment. In this presentation, I will share the ways I use the article, and participants will create their own happiness challenges.
