About me
“OTC gets in your blood.” In 1997, I graduated as one of the inaugural CREW (Construction Readiness Education for Women). When I returned to college in 2009, OTC was the obvious choice for a non-traditional person. My instructors were marvelous mentors. They willingly shared their experiences in life along with their subject knowledge. From MSU, I earned my BA in English Literature and Religious Studies, and MA in Religious Studies. In 2017, I joined the team at Table Rock Campus and spent five years working with students in tutoring, testing, DSS, etc. Fall 2022 marked my transition to director of Disability Support Services. “Do with, not for” nurtures self-advocacy and self-reliance. DSS strives to support our students, be transparent in our engagements, and collaborate with partners across our institution.
