Before Eagle Summit
Where do I go for help logging into and using Sched?
The Eagle Summit planning committee is available to help you navigate the Sched platform and create your event schedule. Visit an open lab, or contact us at pd@otc.edu or 417-447-4800.
Why do I need to build a schedule?
By creating your schedule you secure your spot and help us manage attendance, prevent overcrowding, and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
How do I create and view my schedule?

How do session waitlists work?
If a session is full, you can join the waitlist to be automatically added if a spot becomes available. Being on the waitlist doesn’t guarantee a spot, but it holds your place in line. Remember, your schedule cannot be double-booked.
Who do I contact if I need accessibility accommodations to participate?
When completing the event registration form, employees are asked about accessibility needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact pd@otc.eduor 417-447-4800.

We cannot guarantee accommodation for all dietary restrictions or late registrations. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact pd@otc.edu or 417-447-4800.
