About me
A first-generation graduate and alum of the University of Missouri School of Law, Kevin has served as Ozark Tech's Title IX Coordinator and Director of Civil Rights Compliance since 2019. Across five campuses, he’s helped students and staff navigate conflicts, complaints and murky legal water, while frequently being told “I’m glad I don’t have your job.” Prior to OTC, Kevin was an attorney with Legal Services of Southern Missouri and the Department of Social Services, handling issues of housing, healthcare, estate planning, family law, juvenile law, orders of protection, veteran benefits and more. During law school, he worked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, the Audrain County Prosecutor’s Office and the Missouri Family Violence Clinic. When he's not working or nerding out on legal issues, books, cooking, and movies, Kevin is spending time with his do-it-all wife, rambunctious 5-year-old son, and too-cute 2-year-old daughter.
